* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science und | oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Bereich., * Praxiswissen zu modernen LLMs, APIs und Datenstrukturen.

Erfahrung

 * Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit IT-Projekten, idealerweise in der Einführung von AI-Systemen, Data Analytics oder komplexen Digitalisierungsprojekten.
 * Erfahrung im Applikationsmanagement bzw. in der Betreuung heterogener Applikationslandschaften.

* Als Teamleader AI & Application Management bist Du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die digitale Zukunft der W.E.B. Du identifizierst Potenziale, entwickelst strategische Leitlinien, treibst die Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen voran und begleitest unsere Organisation auf dem Weg zu einem verantwortungsvollen und erfolgreichen Einsatz von AI.
 * Weiterentwicklung der AI-Strategie sowie Evaluierung von AI-Modellen, Tools und Infrastrukturen.
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
 * Integration von AI-Lösungen in die bestehende IT- und Datenlandschaft.
 * Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft.
 * Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Konzeption und Umsetzung passender Lösungen.
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Applikationsbetriebs und Management von Schnittstellen.
 * Förderung einer offenen AI- und Innovationskultur.
 * Konzeption und Durchführung interner AI-Schulungen sowie Entwicklung von Guidelines.
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung mit AI.
