## Description

In dieser Position bist du für die Bereitstellung von 1st und 2nd Level Support für Desktop-, Laptop- und mobile Geräte zuständig und kümmerst dich um Softwareinstallationen, Troubleshooting und die Wartung von IT-Ausrüstung., * Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.).
 * Set up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions.
 * Maintain asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of IT equipment.
 * Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from a technical perspective.
 * Support remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues.
 * Collaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues or project-related tasks.
 * Follow security protocols and assist with antivirus, patching, and data protection policies., * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
 * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are preferred.

Erfahrung

 * 1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.
 * Experience with macOS or Linux environments is preferred.
 * Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or JAMF) is preferred.
