 * Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling sowie in der Steuerung von Aufwand, Budget, Terminen und Risiken.
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Java-basierten Softwareprojekten, BPM/Camunda sowie Jira und Confluence.

## Description

* Technische Leitung und operative Steuerung von Individualsoftware-Projekten im IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld.
 * Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Entwicklungsteams als technischer Project Lead.
 * Übernahme der Scrum-Master-Rolle sowie Förderung agiler Arbeitsweisen.
 * Planung, Strukturierung und Nachverfolgung von Arbeitspaketen, Sprint-Zielen und Deliverables.
 * Steuerung von Projektfortschritt, Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Eskalationen.
 * Sicherstellung einer transparenten und termingerechten Projektdurchführung in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Stakeholdern und Entwicklungsteams.
 * Moderation von Projektmeetings, Sprint-Reviews, Planungen und Kundenworkshops.
 * Unterstützung bei Aufwandsschätzungen, Angebotsphasen, Projektkalkulationen und Change Requests.
 * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Budget, Terminen und Scope im laufenden Projektcontrolling.
