## About the Role

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support (1st/2nd Level) oder in der Windows-Systemadministration.
 * Erfahrung mit Windows Server und den zugehörigen Rollen, insbesondere Internet Information Services (IIS).
 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Failover Cluster Services.

## Description

* Übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb einer modernen Microsoft-Systemlandschaft.
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Applikations- und Systemstörungen im 2nd Level Support.
 * Durchführung detaillierter Fehleranalysen mithilfe von Logfiles (z. B. Graylog), C#-Stacktraces, Wireshark und T-SQL-Abfragen.
 * Debugging von Anwendungen mit Visual Studio sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Softwarehersteller bei der Problembehebung.
 * Konfiguration, Deployment und Rollout neuer Applikationsversionen.
 * Erstellung und Auswertung von Datenbank-Traces sowie Service-Dumps.
 * Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Tickets in Jira.
 * Technische Unterstützung und Betreuung von Betriebs- und Support-Meetings im Bereich Datenbanken und Applikationen.
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und hochverfügbaren Applikationsbetriebs in einer Microsoft-basierten Infrastruktur.
