## Description

In dieser Rolle bearbeitest du den 2nd-Level-Support der Prozess-Visualisierungssoftware, führst Systemtests durch, unterstützt Kunden bei Fehleranalysen und dokumentierst Supportfälle im Ticketsystem., * Erarbeiten von Lösungsmöglichkeiten für unsere Kunden.

 * Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Fehleranalysen und lnformationsaufbereitung für 'Bugs'.
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen (via Ticketsystem) und die Erstellung von Testaufbauten.
 * Erstellung, Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung der Systemtests.
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von automatischen Systemtests.
