Erfahrung * Advanced scripting and development skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (Glide scripting), HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and experience with REST and SOAP APIs. * Integration and automation experience: Skilled in connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. * Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience., * Be part of a highly motivated, innovative, and dynamic global team. * Hybrid work environment with flexibility. * Continuous learning and certification support for ServiceNow and related technologies. ## Description * The Senior Application Engineer is responsible for driving forward our ServiceNow implementation programme. * The role covers configuration, workflow management, and custom development on the platform, as well as working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and transition them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. * Help to develop and maintain our ServiceNow environment, becoming the in-house Subject Matter Expert. * Identify new integrations and automation opportunities to increase collaboration between enterprise applications using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API standards. * Assist with documentation of the current environment, ensuring that articles are kept up to date and relevant. * Provide mentoring for colleagues through in-role training to help develop skills across the team. * Ensure that our services are available and functional according to SLAs by being part of an on-duty team. ## About Sportradar Media Services GmbH Sportradar Group AG (NASDAQ: SRAD), founded in 2001, is a leading global sports technology company creating immersive experiences for sports fans and bettors.
