* Strong understanding of IT operations and service management (ITIL-aligned).
 * Good understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, routing, segmentation basics).
 * Solid Linux administration knowledge (operations, patching, maintenance).
 * Comfortable working in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.
 * Strong prioritization skills and pragmatic communication style.
 * Nice to have: Automation mindset (PowerShell, Bash).
 * Configuration management (e.g. Ansible, Puppet).
 * Familiarity with containerized environments (e.g. Docker)., * Proven experience leading a small IT or infrastructure team.
 * Experience managing IT budgets and external vendors.
 * Solid experience with Microsoft 365, identity, and endpoint management (incl. Apple environments).
 * Experience managing incidents and driving improvements.
 * Experience with cloud infrastructure providers.
 * Experience scaling IT in a growing company.

 * Clear and enforceable IT processes, standards, and documentation.
 * Efficient IT service delivery and user support across the organization.
 * Prioritization and workload management in a resource-constrained environment.
 * IT budget ownership (planning, cost control, vendor and supplier management).
 * Leading a small internal team and coordinating external IT service providers.
 * Defining and executing a pragmatic IT roadmap aligned with operational needs and company growth.
 * Ensuring operational stability, system performance, and continuous improvement across all IT domains.
