## Description

* Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken IT-Serviceportfolios unter Berücksichtigung der Informationssicherheit.
 * Etablierung neuer IT-Services inkl. Risikobewertung (Business Impact Analyse) sowie Maßnahmensteuerung.
 * Erstellung, Verhandlung und Monitoring von Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
 * Analyse und Dokumentation von Abhängigkeiten in der IT-Landschaft sowie Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereichen.
 * Unterstützung der Portfoliosteuerung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Service-Managements und Serviceportals.
