## Description

In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit Product Ownern zusammen, analysierst Geschäftsanforderungen und implementierst diese im CRM-System, während du Workflows konfigurierst und Integrationen managst., * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Stakeholdern zur Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und deren Umsetzung im CRM-System.

 * Definition und Sicherstellung von CRM-Entwicklungsstandards auf Basis von Best Practices und Governance-Modellen.
 * Konfiguration des Systems sowie Aufbau von Workflows und Automatisierungen einschließlich Integration von Drittsystemen.
 * Überwachung der Performance und proaktive Behebung von Störungen.
 * Dokumentation von Systemarchitektur und Datenflüssen zur Gewährleistung effizienter Übergaben und nachhaltigem Wissenstransfer.
