* Abgeschlossenes MINT- oder BWL-Masterstudium mit mehrjähriger (mindestens 5 Jahre) Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Energieversorgung, Öffentliche Auftraggeber oder Unternehmen der Daseinsvorsorge., * Wünschenswert sind ITIL, IPMA, SCRUM Zertifizierungen.

 * Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
 * Sehr hoher Qualitätsanspruch gepaart mit sehr hoher Eigenmotivation.
 * Gelegentliche Reisen innerhalb des deutschsprachigen Raums sind für dich selbstverständlich.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für einen direkten Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen im deutschsprachigen Raum.

Erfahrung

 * Langjährige Erfahrung im Einsatz von MS Office (inkl. Teams) und Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. MS Project, MS Planner, JIRA).
 * Langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen IT-Projekten/Programmen.
 * Langjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Teams.

## Description

* Du kümmerst dich um die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenworkshops.
 * Du präsentierst Entscheidungsempfehlungen auf C-Level.
 * Du übernimmst das Coaching und die fachliche Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und förderst damit ihre persönliche und berufliche Entwicklung und stärkst ihre Kompetenzen.
 * Du bist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung von Inhalten für Angebote und die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.
