 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Consultant und Project Manager von SAP HCM und SuccessFactors Projekten/Programmen sowie erste Erfahrung mit S/4HANA.
 * Erfahrung mit SAP Activate.
 * Erfahrung in weiteren Projektmanagementmethoden (Bsp. PMI, IPMA oder Prince2) und Interesse an agilen Vorgehensmodellen (Bsp. SCRUM).

## Description

* Leitung, Planung und Steuerung von SAP Projekten/Programmen im Bereich HCM bzw. SuccessFactors.
 * Verantwortung über den Projekterfolg hinsichtlich Kundenzufriedenheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
 * Termin- und Budgetplanung, sowie Aufwandskalkulation der Projekte.
 * Sichern der Qualität und Leistung deiner Projektteams, sowie Überwachung der Auslastung.
 * Aktive Mitarbeit im Competence Team.
 * Verantwortung für Pre-Sales- und Sales-Aktivitäten.
 * Leitung von Kundenworkshops und -präsentationen.
 * Mentoring unserer Young Professionals und fachliche Verantwortung für Consultants.
