 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fach-Teams.
 * Durchführung von Systemanpassungen, Updates und Schnittstellenintegration.
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Funktionen.
 * Schulung und Support der Anwender im Umgang mit dem ERP-System.
 * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Prozessbeschreibungen.
