## Description

* Bearbeitungen von Alarmen in den Bereichen Backup, Monitoring und Antivirus-/Cybervorfällen
 * Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungsarbeiten an Server- und Clientsystemen, NAS-Systemen, Storage-Lösungen, WLAN, Firewalls und weiteren IT Komponenten
 * Aktive Teilnahme an Kick-Off- und regelmäßigen Update-Meetings
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Kundensystemen in verschiedenen Managed Services-Produkten
 * Durchführung von Health-Checks und Hardening-Maßnahmen für Server, Firewalls, Active Directory und Microsoft 365
