## About the Role

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
 * Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Pflicht aufgrund intensiver bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit).
 * Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise und starke Problemlösungskompetenz.
 * Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in einem internationalen, cross-funktionalen Umfeld.
 * Bereitschaft zur On-Site-Präsenz (bevorzugt).

Erfahrung

 * Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master, Delivery Manager oder Projektmanager.
 * Keine Programmiererfahrung notwendig - Fokus liegt auf Agilität und Delivery.
 * Erfahrung in der Telekommunikationsbranche ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

## Description

* Moderation und Steuerung agiler Prozesse nach Scrum und/oder Kanban.
 * Durchführung und Leitung agiler Zeremonien (Daily, Review, Retro, Planning etc.).
 * Unterstützung der Teams als Servant Leader und Beseitigung von Impediments.
 * Übernahme der Rolle des Delivery Managers / Projektmanagers zur Koordination von Terminen, Meilensteinen und Abhängigkeiten.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwicklungsteams, Architekten, Fachabteilungen und weiteren Stakeholdern.
 * Sicherstellung von Transparenz durch regelmäßiges Reporting zu Fortschritt, Risiken und Status.
 * Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse innerhalb der Teams.
 * Sicherstellung effizienter und produktiver Zusammenarbeit im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen.
 * Unterstützung der abteilungsübergreifenden Kommunikation und Abstimmung.
 * Verantwortung für die Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit der Deliveries.
