 * Sie beraten und schulen Anwenderinnen und Anwender und reparieren schadhafte Geräte bzw. tauschen diese aus.
 * Du installierst Software auf Computern und Laptops.
 * Du errichtest und betreust Netzwerkarbeitsplätze.
 * Du berätst und schulst Anwenderinnen und Anwender in Fragen ihre Hardware und Software betreffend und erklärst technische Neuerungen.
 * Du identifizierst, analysierst und behebst Fehler und Störungen.
 * Du verwaltest und installierst mobile Endgeräte.
 * Du kennst die Infrastruktur und Systeme des Unternehmens, weißt, wie sie miteinander kommunizieren und voneinander abhängen.
 * Bei Fehlermeldungen kannst du eingreifen.
 * Du wirst Expertin bzw. Experte in deinem Fach und mit deinem Können und Wissen erfüllst du die hohen Anforderungen an Effizienz.
