## About the Role

* Grundlagen in Machine Learning/Statistik oder hohe Lernbereitschaft - Fokus auf sinnvolle, nachvollziehbare Modelle.
 * Sauberer, getesteter Code; Versionierung, Code-Reviews und automatisierte Deployments sind dir vertraut.
 * Verständnis für Datenschutz & IT-Sicherheit (Verschlüsselung, Rollenrechte, Protokollierung).
 * Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1, idealerweise Muttersprache) sowie sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige Praxis in der Backend-Entwicklung (API-Design, Datenmodellierung, SQL/NoSQL).
 * Erfahrung mit Verarbeitung größerer Datenmengen und Datenqualität (Validierungen, Plausibilitäten).
 * Zusätzlich wäre nice to have: Erfahrung mit Empfehlungssystemen/Scoring oder Explainability; Kenntnisse in Berichtswesen/Kennzahlen (KPIs) im Unternehmenskontext; Routine im Cloud-Betrieb (z. B. Container, Monitoring-Tools).

## Description

* Du baust das Backend und die Datenbasis, auf der unsere Auswertungen, Reports und KI-Funktionen laufen.
 * Struktur für unsere Daten aufbauen: sinnvolles Datenmodell entwerfen und pflegen.
 * Sichere Schnittstellen (APIs) entwickeln, über die Frontend, Partner und Importe auf Daten zugreifen.
 * Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen zusammenführen (z. B. Dateien, Tools, einfache Integrationen) und auf Qualität prüfen.
 * Eine erste KI-gestützte Funktion umsetzen, die Hinweise auf Risiken liefert (z. B. Abbruchtendenzen) - mit Nachvollziehbarkeit.
 * Betrieb & Sicherheit mitdenken: Logging/Monitoring, Backups, Zugriffsrechte, DSGVO-konforme Verarbeitung.
 * Mentoring & Sparring: Du führst und unterstützt unseren jungen Entwickler und sorgst für dessen fachliche Weiterentwicklung.
