## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. IT-Fachinformatiker/-in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit informationstechnischem Hintergrund., * Kenntnisse in der Installation und Konfiguration von PC-Hard- und Software sowie von Smartphones.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Windows Betriebssystemen (Windows 10/11).
 * Grundkenntnisse der Netzwerktechnik von Vorteil.

## Description

In dieser Position bearbeitest du den First und Second Level Support und kümmerst dich um die Analyse, Installation sowie Instandhaltung von Hardware und Software, einschließlich Support für Enduser vor Ort., * First und Second Level Support via Ticketsystem, Telefon und E-Mail sowie persönlich vor Ort beim Kunden.

 * Eigenständiges Analysieren und Beseitigen von Störungen und Problemen sowie deren Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung.
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Instandhaltung und Reparatur von PC-Hardware, -Software, -Peripherie, Videokonferenzsystemen und Smartphones (iOS / Android) sowie deren Übergabe an den Enduser.
 * Assetverwaltung von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten.
