## Description

In dieser Position übernimmst du die Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur, bearbeitest Benutzeranfragen im Support und arbeitest an IT-Projekten zur Verbesserung der Systeme und Netzwerke., * Windows Server

 * VMware
 * Citrix
 * Windows
 * Microsoft 365
 * Microsoft Intune, * Infrastructure Management: Betreuung und Wartung unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk und Workstations.
 * Incident Management: First / Second / Third Level Support (je nach Erfahrung) für Benutzeranfragen sowie Fehleranalyse und Behebung, Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen und Störungen.
 * Assetmanagement: Inventarisierung, Konfiguration und Administration der IT-Infrastruktur Hardware (Clients, Drucker, Telefone, etc.) sowie Clientsoftware.
 * Teamplay: Mitarbeit an konzernweiten IT-Projekten, enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen IT-Team, um die IT-Infrastruktur kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
