Du begeisterst dich für die Möglichkeiten generativer AI und bringst erste praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von AI entlang des Software-Lifecycle mit (z. B. Anforderungsmanagement, Dokumentation, Prototyping, Qualitätssicherung) - inkl. Prompt Engineering und einem Grundverständnis moderner AI-Konzepte. Du willst diesen Einsatz kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

 * Technisches Verständnis:

Du erfasst technische Konzepte schnell, sprichst die Sprache der Entwicklung und fühlst dich mit Themen wie APIs, Integrationen und Datenmodellen wohl.

 * Produkt-Mindset:

Du denkst in Outcomes statt Output, entscheidest datengetrieben und behältst den Kundennutzen im Blick.

 * Sprachkenntnisse:

Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) - und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung.

 * Persönlichkeit:

Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, kommunizierst klar, bist einfallsreich und proaktiv - und ein echter Teamplayer.

Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfahrung als Product Owner:in in der agilen Software-Entwicklung - idealerweise im B2B-/SaaS- oder Enterprise-Umfeld.
