## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. HTL mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder Betriebswirtschaftsstudium mit technischer Affinität., * Analytisches Denken und strategisches Verständnis sowie Zahlen- und Datenaffinität.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Analyse-Tools, wie Excel bzw. Power BI, ERP etc.
 * Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
 * Teamplayer-Mentalität sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben selbstständig umzusetzen.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Kommunikationsstärke.

Erfahrung

 * Idealerweise Praxiserfahrung in z.B. Produktmanagement, Controlling, Strategie, Business Development.

## Description

* Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Vertriebsleitung und das Business Unit Management.
 * Vorbereitung und Moderation von Portfolio-Boards (Sales & Operations Board, Product Portfolio Strategy Board).
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Ausrichtung des Produktportfolios an Unternehmenszielen (Wachstum, Profitabilität, Innovation).
 * Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Portfolio-Management-Methoden (z. B. Stage-Gates, Business Case Scoring, Entscheidungsframeworks).
 * Schnittstellen- & Koordinationsfunktion: enge Abstimmung mit Produktmanagementfunktionen der verschiedenen Business Units, Vertrieb & Controlling.
 * Pflege relevanter Portfoliodaten und Systeme sowie Weiterentwicklung von Tools (z. B. Power BI, Portfolio-Dashboards).
