* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik (HTL, FH, TU)., * Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Softwareentwicklung sowie agiler Methoden (Scrum, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung).
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Security.
 * Strukturiert, durchsetzungsstark und kommunikationsstark als Teamplayer.
 * Ausgeprägte Lösungs- und Kundenorientierung.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse.

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung als PO (oder vergleichbare Position) im Bereich Softwareentwicklung.

* Steuerung und Priorisierung des Produkt-Backlogs hinsichtlich Business Value und technologischer Weiterentwicklung.
 * Übersetzung der Anforderungen des Produktmanagements in umsetzbare Epics und User Stories zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Produktentwicklung.
 * Laufende Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit UI/UX ExpertInnen, Softwareentwicklungs-Teams sowie weiteren Stakeholdern.
 * Einbindung der Kunden in die laufende Produktentwicklung.
