 * Fehleranalyse sowie lösungsorientierte Unterstützung via Ticketsystem, Telefon oder Mail
 * Enge Abstimmung mit den Kolleg:innen aus dem 3rd Level Support bei komplexeren Supportfällen
 * Bei Interesse: Übernahme von Aufgaben innerhalb der Systemadministration (z.B. Server, Active Directory, Netzwerktechnik)
