 * Erste Ansprechperson für Anwender und Key User.
 * Analyse und Koordination von Incidents, Problemen und Changes.
 * Steuerung externer Software- und Supportpartner.
 * Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen.
 * Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Lösungen.
 * Planung, Test und Abnahme von Releases und Erweiterungen.
 * Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, IT und externen Partnern.
 * Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung der Anwender.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen.
