 * Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams.

## Description

* Leitung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Betriebsteams.
 * Operative Mitarbeit und Verantwortung für den Betrieb der internen IT-Systeme sowie der Applikationslandschaften.
 * Steuerung des 24/7-Supports inklusive Kostenüberwachung und Performance-Optimierung.
 * Sicherstellung eines hohen Innovationsgrades bei internen Entwicklungsservices - kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Build-Pipelines, Entwicklungswerkzeugen, Testumgebungen und Automatisierungsprozessen.
 * Einführung neuer Technologien und Best Practices zur Optimierung interner Tools und Softwareentwicklungsumgebungen.
 * Monitoring und Optimierung der IT-Betriebs- und Securityprozesse (z. B. Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Patch- und Schwachstellenmanagement).
