* Hochschulabschluss in BWL, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Maschinenbau, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. HTL, HAK, AHS mit dazugehöriger Berufserfahrung)., * Modulübergreifendes SAP Know-how sowie übergreifende Integrationskenntnisse.
 * Ausgeprägte methodische Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil.
 * Analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Managementebenen in multikulturellen Umgebungen sowie eine diplomatische und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
 * Reisebereitschaft, auch international.

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Durchführung, Kontrolle und Leitung von SAP ERP Projekten.
 * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der strukturierten Gestaltung bzw. Harmonisierung von Geschäftsprozessen.

In dieser Rolle verantwortest du internationale SAP S/4HANA-Projekte, führst interdisziplinäre Teams und entwickelst innovative Lösungen zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen., * Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung internationaler SAP ECC-, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud- und Public Cloud Transformations- sowie Rollout-Projekte mit nachhaltigem Impact auf die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden.

 * Führung und Inspiration interdisziplinärer Projektteams in einem internationalen Umfeld - mit dem Anspruch, gemeinsam außergewöhnliche Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Strategien und Lösungen zur nachhaltigen Optimierung globaler SAP-Systemlandschaften und digitaler Geschäftsmodelle.
 * Proaktives Erkennen von Herausforderungen und Risiken sowie Erarbeitung pragmatischer und wirtschaftlich sinnvoller Lösungsansätze mit Fokus auf Qualität, Effizienz und Kundenerfolg.
 * Analyse, Design und Transformation von Geschäftsprozessen, um Unternehmen fit für die digitale Zukunft zu machen.
 * Aktive Mitwirkung im Presales sowie Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenpartnerschaften auf Executive-Ebene.
