## Description

* First- und Second-Level-Support für Anwender:innen bei Hard-, Software-, Netzwerk- und Systemthemen.
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, mobilen Endgeräten und sonstiger IT-Hardware inklusive Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung.
 * Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Microsoft 365, Server, Netzwerk, Endgeräte sowie Fachanwendungen).
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und externen Partnern.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen.
