## Description

In dieser Position behebst du Softwarefehler in Speditions- und Logistikprogrammen und betreust die IT-Arbeitsplatzausstattung unserer Mitarbeiter, von PCs bis zur Telefonanlage, während du auch an IT-Projekten von der Planung bis zum Rollout mitarbeitest., * Sie beheben Probleme/Störungen in unserer Softwareumgebung (Speditionsprogramme, Logistiksoftware und Windows-Umgebung).

 * Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleg*innen betreuen Sie die Hard- und Software.
 * Sie sind für die technische Betreuung und den qualitativen Support unserer MitarbeiterInnen im Umgang mit IT-Arbeitsplatzausstattung (PC, Smartphone, Drucker, Telefonanlage, Netzwerk etc) mitverantwortlich.
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten von der Konzeptionierung bis hin zum Rollout.
