* Als Junior Full-Stack-Entwickler:in arbeitest du von Anfang an an realen Features, begleitet von erfahrenen Kolleg:innen.
 * Du wirst Schritt für Schritt in Frontend, Backend und Datenbanktechnologien eingeführt.
 * Umsetzung von UI-Komponenten und Features unter Anleitung.
 * Entwicklung von API-Endpunkten mit Python / FastAPI.
 * Arbeit mit PostgreSQL-Datenmodellen und -Abfragen.
 * Bugfixing, Testing und Code-Reviews als Lernformat.
 * Mitarbeit an UX-Konzepten und Usability-Optimierungen.
 * Technische Dokumentation und Wissensaufbau im Team.
