 * Analyse und Troubleshooting von IT-Störungen sowie nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
 * Planung, Aufbau und Betrieb von Serverressourcen
 * Durchführung des Lifecycle- und Patch-Managements
 * Sicherstellung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen
 * Konfiguration und Monitoring unserer Endpoint-Security-Lösung
 * Konfiguration und Betrieb von Firewalls und Filtersystemen
 * Analyse und Bewertung von Security-Logs sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Cyber-Security-Maßnahmen
 * Konfiguration und Betrieb unserer Remote-Plattformen
 * Mitwirkung an globalen IT-Projekten im Bereich Network und Sicherheit
 * Unterstützung unserer Anwender:innen im 2nd-Level-Support bei technischen Userproblemen
