 * Digitale Affinität: Der sichere und effiziente Umgang mit modernen digitalen Tools, insbesondere MS Office oder Google Workspace, ist für dich selbstverständlich.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * Persönlichkeit & Arbeitsweise: Du überzeugst durch deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie dein breites, fachübergreifendes Verständnis. Dank deines diplomatischen Geschicks und deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke gewinnst du Menschen für neue Wege und bleibst auch in kritischen Projektphasen jederzeit souverän und lösungsorientiert.

## Description

In dieser Rolle führst du ganzheitliches Projektmanagement durch und steuerst innovative Standortprojekte, von KI-Integration bis zur Optimierung von Prozessen, dabei überwachst du Budgets und berichtest an das Management., * Innovation & Zukunft gestalten: Du treibst zukunftsweisende Projekte voran. Von der Integration neuer digitaler Technologien (z.B. KI-Lösungen) bis hin zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von strategischen Erweiterungskonzepten für unseren Standort.

 * Prozessmanagement & Dokumentation: Du analysierst, optimierst und dokumentierst bereichsübergreifende Abläufe und sorgst so für transparente Standards.
 * Monitoring & Reporting: Du überwachst Projektbudgets, Zeitpläne sowie Meilensteine und berichtest regelmäßig an das Management.
