 * Installation und Betreuung von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Benutzerverwaltung in Active Directory und Microsoft 365
 * Analyse und Lösung einfacher IT-Störungen sowie Weiterleitung komplexerer Fälle
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts
