## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL/Uni/FH Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung., * Technisches Grundverständnis: Netzwerke, Datenbanken, Applikationslandschaften.

## Description

* Du verantwortest komplexe IT-Kundenprojekte von der internen Übergabe bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.
 * Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden bringst du Projekte strukturiert ans Ziel.
 * IT-Kundenprojekte eigenverantwortlich leiten - von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur Abnahme und Begleitung nach Go-Live.
 * Regelmäßige Kunden-Meetings moderieren, Fortschritt transparent kommunizieren und alle Beteiligten auf dem gleichen Stand halten.
 * Verbindliche Vereinbarungen mit Kunden treffen - Terminplanung, Leistungsumfang und Änderungen klar und schriftlich festhalten.
 * Interdisziplinäre Teams koordinieren: Sales, Einkauf, Entwicklung, Technische PMs und Systemexperten.
 * Go-Live-Termine vor Ort begleiten und in der Anlaufphase als verlässliche Ansprechperson bereitstehen.
 * Vollständige Projektdokumentation erstellen: Umsetzungskonzepte, Terminpläne, Testpläne, Abnahmeprotokolle.
 * PM-Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards im wachsenden Team aktiv mitgestalten.
