## Description

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die technische Planung, den Aufbau sowie die Integration von Kommunikationssystemen und automatisierst Prozesse mittels Scripting, während du Kunden vor Ort betreuust und Schulungen durchführst., * Technische Unterstützung bei Spezifikation, Planung, Aufbau und Integration von Systemlösungen.

 * Automatisierung von Installations- und Wartungsprozessen mittels Scripting.
 * Vorort-Betreuung des Kunden durch gemeinsame Systemabnahme und Schulungen.
 * Aufbau einer 'knowledge base' über Voxtronic-Produkte.
 * Individuelle Systemanpassungen (Konfiguration, Installation neuer Versionen und Definition kritischer Systemfehler).
 * Vorbereitung und Überprüfung von Testspezifikationen.
