## About the Role

* 3+ years of full stack engineering experience building and deploying production software.
 * Fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
 * Proficiency with backend frameworks such as NestJS or equivalents and frontend frameworks like React, with full-stack TypeScript experience.
 * Experience delivering features end-to-end from requirements gathering to deployment.
 * Ability to translate domain workflows into software requirements and implementations.
 * Experience collaborating with non technical stakeholders and domain experts.
 * Strong product sense and a tech first mindset, with no low code tools.
 * Background in financial services, tax, accounting, or regulated advisory domains preferred.
 * Startup or early stage experience and willingness to work on site in Berlin.

## Description

A hands-on role in a small team focused on integrating technology with advisory workflows. You will collaborate closely with domain experts to prototype, build, and iterate software that supports tax advisory work in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Do

 * Build MVPs in collaboration with practitioners to validate ideas quickly.
 * Translate complex advisory workflows into working software solutions.
 * Iterate rapidly based on direct user feedback and measurable outcomes.
 * Own features end-to-end from scoping through deployment and monitoring.
