## About the Role

* Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
 * Experience with on-premises infrastructures (Windows Server, Active Directory)
 * Understanding of hybrid environments (e.g., AD Connect, identity synchronization)
 * Knowledge of virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware)
 * Experience with second-level support and structured troubleshooting
 * Basic understanding of network technologies (routing, switching, VLANs)
 * Basic understanding of IT security and compliance in modern IT environments
 * Proficiency in German for customer interactions
 * Driver's license for customer visits

## Description

Do you want to not only operate Microsoft 365 and traditional IT infrastructures, but also actively help develop them further? Then you've come to the right place.
In this role, you'll ensure the stable and secure operation of our hybrid IT environment-comprising Microsoft 365 and on-premises systems-and work with the team to continuously improve it.

Your responsibilities:

 * You'll manage and administer our customers' Microsoft 365 environment and hybrid IT
 * You'll ensure secure and structured identity and access management
 * You operate and optimize our on-premises infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization)
 * You support the expansion of security and compliance solutions in the Microsoft environment
 * You analyze issues in 2nd-level support and provide sustainable solutions
 * You document systems in a transparent manner and contribute to the further development of standards and best practices
