## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie (mit kaufmännischem Fokus) oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft / Hotelmanagement
 * Du liebst Excel und Datenstrukturen, hast aber gleichzeitig eine spürbare Leidenschaft für IT-Themen und technisches Troubleshooting.
 * Erfahrung im Controlling oder der Administration von F&B-Systemen sowie solide Kenntnisse in gängigen Betriebssystemen (Windows/Mac) und Netzwerken
 * Zuverlässigkeit, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Gelassenheit, auch bei technischen "Notfällen" im laufenden Eventbetrieb einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren.
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich

## Description

F&B Controlling (ca. 75 %)

 * Zahlen im Griff: Erfassung, Analyse und Kontrolle aller F&B-Kennzahlen (Warenwirtschaft, Inventuren, Wareneinsatz).
 * Kalkulation & Optimierung: Erstellung von Rezepturkalkulationen und Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen in enger Absprache mit der Küchen- und Serviceleitung.
 * Reporting: Erstellung von regelmäßigen Berichten, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und fundierten Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung.

IT & First-Level-Support (ca. 25 %)

 * Hardware & Setup: Einrichtung und Konfiguration neuer Computer, Laptops, Arbeitsplätze und Kassenkomponenten.
 * Alltags-Support: Schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe bei technischen Problemen im Team (z. B. wenn der Drucker streikt oder das WLAN hakt).
 * Schnittstelle: Betreuung unserer IT-Infrastruktur und Kommunikation mit externen IT-Dienstleistern bei größeren Störungen.
