## About the Role

Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support, Onsite Support oder Workplace-Umfeld von Vorteil

 - Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11, Office 365 und Ticketsystemen sowie technisches Verständnis für Client-Hardware und mobile Endgeräte
 - Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 - Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft, für Fahrten auf dem Campus ein Pool-Fahrzeug zu nutzen

## Description

Bearbeitung von Incidents und IMAC-Aufträgen innerhalb der vorgegebenen Service Level sowie Dokumentation im Ticketsystem

 - Troubleshooting und Anwenderunterstützung im Clientbereich für Hard- und Software, Windows 10/11, Office 365 sowie mobile Endgeräte (iOS & Android)
 - Installation und Konfiguration von PCs, Notebooks und Druckern sowie Durchführung von IMAC- und Smart-Hands-&-Eyes-Tätigkeiten
 - L1-Support für Video-Konferenz-Equipment sowie technische Unterstützung bei Events und Meetings
 - Smartphone- und SIM-Karten-Aktivierung sowie Unterstützung bei Refresh-Prozessen und der Pflege der Asset Management Database (AMDB)
 - Vorbereitung und Versand von Hardware inklusive Wareneingang, Staging, Pre-Imaging und Sendungsverfolgung sowie Unterstützung bei Lagerhaltung und weiteren Workplace-Services
