## About the Role

* Several years of SAP technology consulting or development experience
 * Proven experience leading SAP consultants, project teams, or technical delivery teams
 * Strong expertise in SAP technologies including: SAP ABAP / ABAP Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, RAP, CDS Views, Integration Suite
 * Experience with SAP transformation, migration, or implementation projects
 * Understanding of Clean Core principles, cloud architectures, and modern SAP development
 * Passion for people development, innovation, and emerging technologies such as SAP Joule, AI, and automation
 * Strong consulting and communication skills
 * Fluent German (C1+) and English
