As functional expert you are part of our ISMS team who is responsible for defining and implementing organizational measures that help us protect our cloud platform from the various threats in this environment. For this purpose, you will also work with the regulatory authorities responsible for us. Furthermore, you act as an interface to GRC, technical IT security and all other departments. At our company, security is part of our core brand, not just a cost center. With your experience, you will protect Germany's only sovereign Azure Cloud and make a valuable contribution to the digitization of our country. What you'll do: * Implementation, maintenance, and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001, IT-Grundschutz and BSI C5 in the context of our security, certification and compliance strategy * Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements * Creating and monitoring information security policies and procedures * Identification and assessment of security risks and supporting the departments in implementing measures * Preparing for internal and external audits * Creating documentation to evidence controls within the ISMS * Collaborate with Delos Cloud subject matter experts to identify and implement security measures * Collaboration with external stakeholders e.g. from the state or federal states, Microsoft or SAP to strengthen Delos Clouds security and compliance posture * Preparation and submission of reports and notifications to senior management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders, Delos' culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
