## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-Server- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden
 * Administration von Windows Servern, Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien sowie DNS- und DHCP-Diensten
 * Planung, Einrichtung und Betreuung von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen einschließlich Firewalls, VPN-Verbindungen, Routing und Switching
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Unterstützung bei Backup- und Notfallkonzepten
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten wie Servermigrationen, Einführung neuer Microsoft-365-Lösungen und Modernisierung bestehender Umgebungen
 * Dokumentation von IT-Systemen und Prozessen
