 * Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im Bereich Automatisierung (beispielsweise mit Ansible)
 * ITIL-Kenntnisse, Erfahrungen in komplexen / Enterprise-Umgebungen und Zertifizierungen für die genannten Hersteller sind von Vorteil

 * Administration der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur, gemäß definierter KPIs und SLAs
 * Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Netzwerk-Infrastruktur-Lösungen
 * Technische Unterstützung bei Root-Cause-Analysen und insbesondere bei Störungen
 * Planung und Durchführung technischer Changes im Verantwortungsbereich
