 * Experience with cloud data platforms ( AWS Glue, Snowflake).
 * Proficiency in ETL/ELT design, and data warehousing, data modeling
 * Hands-on experience with Python, Spark, Informatica, Datastage, AWS Glue, Snowflake
 * Must have led hands on experience with modern data platforms.
 * Well versed with Gen AI terminology and implemented cases with Gen AI in SDLC and Data platforms.
 * Familiarity with insurance core systems, * Consulting mindset
 * Ability to drive decisions
 * Able to work with cross functional teams across geographies

## Description

* Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architecture tailored to the needs of the P&C insurance business.
 * Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, and IT teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
 * Evaluate Tool & technologies, run proof of concept and propose technology options and solutions to the client.
 * Lead the modernization of legacy systems and migration to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
 * Define data integration strategies across internal systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) and third-party data providers (e.g., ISO, LexisNexis).
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and analysts.
 * Be a key player in transforming the data landscape, drive adoption of AI within the technical team
