In this role, the Senior Technical Product Manager will lead the strategy and roadmap for ERP integrations across the Corpay Complete platform. These integrations connect Corpay's AP automation, payments, card management, and expense capabilities with the systems our customers use to run their businesses. They must support real financial workflows, be straightforward to position and implement, and perform reliably at scale. Your initial focus will include NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Intacct, and specialized vertical ERPs. You will lead new integration development, guide improvements to existing integrations, and help bring capabilities from Corpay's legacy platforms into Corpay Complete. This is a senior product role for someone who understands both ERP ecosystems and integration technology. You should be comfortable reading API documentation, assessing what an ERP can support, and working with architects and engineers to turn those capabilities into well-designed products. You will report to the VP of Product and own the ERP integration roadmap. You will partner closely with Corpay's Line of Business General Managers on priorities and investment decisions. How We Work As a Senior Technical Product Manager you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: * Company-issued equipment * Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role will include: Setting the ERP integration strategy * Owning the product strategy and roadmap for Corpay Complete ERP integrations. * Evaluating where to invest in new integrations and where to extend, migrate, consolidate, or modernize existing capabilities. * Balancing customer value, commercial opportunity, technical feasibility, implementation effort, and long-term support needs. * Maintaining a strong understanding of relevant ERP products, modules, APIs, marketplaces, release cycles, and partner ecosystems. Defining the right product * Leading discovery with customers, prospects, ERP providers, partners, Sales, Implementation, Support, and business leaders. * Understanding end-to-end workflows across purchase orders, invoices, approvals, payments, card administration, cardholder activity, expense management, accounting, and reconciliation. * Turning business needs into clear product requirements, workflow definitions, data requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. * Distinguishing repeatable product needs from customer-specific configuration or customization. * Clearly defining what each integration supports, its dependencies and limitations, and the conditions required for a successful implementation. Leading technical product decisions * Reading and evaluating ERP and partner API documentation. * Assessing whether an API can support the intended customer workflow-not only whether two systems can exchange data. * Translating ERP requirements for Corpay's platform architects and engineers. * Contributing to decisions involving data models, authentication, permissions, webhooks, rate limits, error handling, retries, reconciliation, versioning, and monitoring. * Guiding teams toward reusable, scalable integration patterns. * Working with Engineering throughout development to clarify requirements, resolve tradeoffs, and evaluate whether the completed product meets the intended business need. You will not be expected to write production code. You will be expected to understand technical documentation, ask informed questions, evaluate risks and limitations, and developing an independent point of view. Owning the integration lifecycle * Taking responsibility for both new integrations and the ongoing health of the integration portfolio. * Defining what a successful, market-ready integration looks like. * Tracking adoption, implementation performance, reliability, support needs, and customer outcomes. * Using feedback and product data to identify and prioritize improvements. * Planning for ERP releases, API changes, certification requirements, version migrations, and legacy-platform transitions. * Making sure Sales, Implementation, Support, and partner teams have accurate information about integration capabilities and requirements. Creating clarity across the business * Serving as the product expert and trusted advisor for ERP integration decisions. * Presenting clear recommendations, options, risks, and tradeoffs to Line of Business General Managers and other senior leaders. * Representing Corpay in product and technical discussions with ERP providers, ISVs, VARs, customers, and prospects. * Helping customer-facing teams set clear expectations and identify the right fit for each integration. * Building alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Implementation, Support, and business leadership., * AP automation, procure-to-pay, payments, commercial cards, spend management, or expense management. * ERP marketplaces, application certification, ISV channels, or VAR channels. * Products serving mid-market and emerging-enterprise customers. * Migration from legacy integration products to a modern platform. * Modernizing or expanding an established integration portfolio. * Tools such as Postman, Swagger, or OpenAPI. Deep ERP integration experience is more important than prior experience in every Corpay financial domain. A strong candidate can learn the details of AP automation, payments, card, and expense products after joining. The Background We Are Looking For This position requires product ownership, not only technical exposure to integrations. Strong candidates will have made decisions about: * Which integrations to build and why * Which workflows and data entities to support * How to account for differences among ERP products, editions, modules, and customer configurations * When to build directly, partner, or use another integration approach * How to define whether an integration is ready to sell, implement, and support * How to measure and improve an integration after launch Experience focused primarily on ERP configuration, implementation, project delivery, partnerships, or solution design-without ownership of product strategy and roadmap-will not by itself meet the requirements of this role. What Success Looks Like Within the first six months, you will: * Develop a detailed understanding of Corpay's ERP integration portfolio, customer needs, technical landscape, and partner ecosystem. * Define a clear go-forward strategy and prioritized roadmap. * Establish practical standards for requirements, documentation, product quality, and release readiness. * Improve how integration capabilities, requirements, and use cases are communicated across the business. * Create stronger alignment among Product, Engineering, Sales, Implementation, Support, and Line of Business leadership. Within the first twelve months, you will: * Deliver meaningful progress on the highest-priority integration builds, enhancements, and migrations. * Make integrations more predictable to position, implement, support, and use. * Increase the use of scalable, repeatable integration patterns. * Establish better visibility into adoption, reliability, implementation performance, and customer outcomes. * Become Corpay's trusted product authority on ERP integrations., Notice to Recruitment Agencies and Search Firms: Corpay does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies or search firms without a valid written agreement in place.
