This role offers the opportunity to design and integrate mission-critical software operating in high-performance, real-time environments where precision, reliability, and deterministic execution are paramount. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop embedded flight software, contribute to the architecture, design, implementation, integration, and verification of real-time systems supporting missile guidance, navigation, and control functions. You will work at the intersection of software, hardware, and control algorithms to ensure accurate sensor processing, state estimation, trajectory management, and actuator command execution under strict timing and performance constraints. This position requires deep expertise in embedded and real-time software development, including low-level hardware interfaces, multi-threaded and deterministic system design, integration with GNC algorithms, and operation within safety- and mission-critical frameworks. Experience supporting hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments, simulation integration, system-level test, and flight qualification activities is highly valued.
