 * Strong experience in the Capital Markets domain-including trade lifecycle, clearing & settlement, brokerage operations, or wealth management platforms.
 * Expertise in analyzing requirements, creating test scenarios, and executing complex workflows.
 * Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC processes and QA best practices.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools - JIRA & qTest).
 * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
o Pershing product knowledge (e.g., NetX360, NetXInvestor, clearing/custody platforms).
o Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Testim or similar.
o Knowledge of SQL for validation/testing of backend data.
