Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Administer continuous operations and maintenance support across enterprise SAP application environments.
Troubleshoot development, quality assurance, and production systems to resolve complex processing issues.
Execute SAP OSS note implementations and coordinate major software system upgrades.
Optimize the performance of existing data processes, batch jobs, and system process chains.
Enforce highly efficient programming methods and coding standards across all SAP systems.
Fulfill ad-hoc data requests while ensuring strict application data integrity and security.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing coding modifications and task statuses.
