The role provides technical leadership for the local System Testing team, dotted-line leadership for the CAE team, and close collaboration with global engineering units, cross-BU partners, and external development teams. Lead Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate local System Testing activities, mentor engineers, and ensure alignment with global project objectives. * Represent the System Testing domain and area of expertise to internal and external stakeholders. * Provide dotted-line leadership for the local CAE team (cost center topics, purchase requests, vacation approvals). * Drive cross-functional alignment within TIPL, identifying process interfaces and improvement opportunities. * Coordinate system testing and integration topics with external engineering partners. * Collaborate with Textron Business Units to leverage shared facilities and harmonize test methods.
