This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced environment where technology directly impacts business operations. As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees requiring technical assistance while also taking ownership of more advanced troubleshooting, system administration tasks, and endpoint support. The position requires strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to support a diverse workforce within a manufacturing environment., Level 1 Support * Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk-up support requests * Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues * Assist users with: Password resets and account unlocks, Outlook and email support, VPN and multi-factor authentication (MFA) access, Network drive mapping, Printer and scanner issues * Provide day-to-day technical assistance to office and production employees * Unbox, inventory, tag, and prepare hardware for deployment * Set up computers, peripherals, and workstations for new hires * Assist with employee onboarding and technology orientation Level 2 Support * Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues involving: Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, Desktop and laptop hardware, software installation, configuration, and updates * Image, deploy, rebuild, and maintain laptops and desktop computers * Perform basic network troubleshooting involving connectivity, switch ports, and wireless networking * Support manufacturing floor technology including: Label printers, Handheld devices, Production terminals and workstations * Manage Active Directory tasks including: User account maintenance, Security group access, Workstation domain joins, User changes and permissions * Support and troubleshoot end-user access and functionality within business systems, including Workday * Document resolutions, procedures, and common support issues to improve team knowledge and efficiency, This role is on-site at our New Berlin, Wisconsin location.
