Added Bonus if You Have: * Experience leading teams building agentic artificial intelligence applications, coding agents or developer productivity platforms. * Knowledge of Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode or comparable artificial intelligence coding environments. * Experience developing Model Context Protocol servers, tools, integrations or governance standards. * Familiarity with artificial intelligence evaluation, observability, security, safety and responsible use practices. * Experience supporting client implementations, technical discovery, solution delivery or complex troubleshooting. * Experience managing vendor relationships, project budgets or defined technology investment plans. ## Description You will lead a software engineering team building agentic artificial intelligence platforms that improve the enterprise software development lifecycle. You will guide the delivery of coding agents, developer harnesses, reusable libraries, Model Context Protocol integrations and automated workflows. In addition to platform development, you will lead engineers who partner directly with internal FIS engineering and implementation teams to accelerate adoption, deployment and operational success. You will balance people leadership, technical direction and operational execution while partnering with engineering, product, implementation and client-facing teams.
