This position develops and implements advanced concepts, techniques, and standards and is considered an expert in their field. The role requires independent judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under limited supervision toward long-range objectives. The Software Developer 3 works collaboratively as part of a team and may provide technical direction, leadership, training, and mentorship to other personnel.
